Another day

(From now on this first line will be in use when there isn’t english translation below.. If this line is absent, then assume it’s written in english too! Anyway, English below, dear non-danish-reading people)

English:

Now I got an aussie phone number.. It helps a lot. Among other I’m able to find my way around here.. Not because it was an actual problem.. Just.. The convenience to have maps on your hand, right? At least I was able to find the way to Woolworths (the supermarket.. Yes.. THE supermarket..) without any problems. Before I went to Woolworths, I walked to the beach with an incredibe sunset. It was so cosy and peaceful. So who cares that it’s winter?! When there are palms and beach you can’t complain!

I found Acland St, which is a really cosy street with really cosy shops. Among other there was one called Typo. Damn cosy little things you could buy there.. The street was so intimate and there were also fine clothes shops, which I didn’t had the time to check out because I was hungry and that usually means FOOD NOW! Primitive needs! I also found streetart, which was fascinating!

I woke up 5am and wasn’t able to sleep more. So in that way I got time to write the first blogpost and chill while everyone else were sleeping. The sour socks smell is less bad now.. Either it stinks less or I just got used the smell.. Unfortunately I think it’s the last one that is correct.

Back to the point – for some reason it was nearly impossible to get up.. I even fell asleep again 12pm and woke up an hour and half later. And then I just stayed where I was and chilled. I believe it was well-deserved after 19 hours and 20 minutes inflight on my arse (if my arse wasn’t flat before, it sure is now!). 16pm I finally pulled myself together and went out and then there wasn’t long till it would be dark again. You see, winter in Melbourne is almost same as in Denmark light-wise. The sun rises 7.30am and sets 5.30pm.. Not many daylight hours. But other than that, I’m laughing my arse off because they call this winter. It’s not warm here, but not cold either.. And it’s not windy, and that’s good, so the chill factor doesn’t gets down. People are seriously wearing winter clothes, but in the other hand there are some who wears shorts and tshirts.. May I guess that he’s from Scandinavia?

On the way home I ran into even more friendliness, which I think deserves a little space here. A house owner put a bowl of water outside of his/her fence with the sign telling people that the water is free for thirsty dogs.

I mean.. Isn’t it just amazing?!

Okay, I think I’m pretty tired.. Is it just me or did this post turn out to be quite messy?
